Problem
CSR operations across corporates, agencies, and volunteers were fragmented and operationally complex. Disconnected workflows, approval-heavy processes, and unclear governance structures created friction, slowed execution, and reduced transparency across stakeholders.
Context & Constraints
The platform aimed to bring together corporates, CSR agencies, and volunteers into a single operational system. The solution needed to balance autonomy with oversight while supporting compliance-heavy workflows, approval hierarchies, and multi-role participation without increasing cognitive load.
Process
Discovery
Led structured interviews across corporate teams, CSR agencies, and volunteers to uncover tacit operational practices and decision-making patterns. Translated informal and undocumented processes into explicit role definitions and workflow requirements.
Experience & UX Strategy
Designed task-based journeys tailored to each stakeholder type. Defined an information architecture that supported approvals, escalations, and reporting while maintaining clarity across complex governance structures. Created wireframes for user management and help/query resolution modules to reduce operational ambiguity.
Validation
Conducted iterative stakeholder reviews to stress-test approval flows, escalation scenarios, and governance logic under real-world constraints.
Outcome & Impact
Delivered a streamlined collaboration platform that reduced operational ambiguity, improved compliance clarity, and accelerated approval cycles through clearly defined governance and experience design.
